Pamela Rittelmeyer is a highly intelligent, creative and beautiful photographer who transfers her unique vision and wonder to her fascinating digital photographs (www.pamrittelmeyerphotography.com), movies and documentaries.  She is a well known camera operator in Hollywood contributing to  blockbuster films such as The Great Debaters,  Remember the Titans, Night Falls on Manhattan and Big Fish http://imdb.com/name/nm0728701.  I met Pam Rittelmeyer in an intensive Mandarin Chinese class at Santa Monica College after she returned from photographing Panda’s in China.   Pam Rittelmeyer is passionate about the world’s environment and she is enhancing her knowledge by taking courses in science that focus on conservation and marine biology and pursuing a master’s degree in geography at the California State University in Fullerton.  She supports chimp haven, a non-profit organization that provides a peaceful and loving home for retired chimpanzeeswww.chimphaven.org.
